B: Right here. the glazed buttermilk bars.
A: Oh. okay. That's five, right?
B: Yeah.
A: They are very good, aren't they?
B: Yeah, I really like them.
A: Can I get you anything else?
B: I'll take three large coffees to go.
A: Okay. Is that all for you then?
B: Yeah. that'll do it.
A: That's six strawberry jelly, five glazed buttermilk bars, and three large coffees. right?
B: Yep.
A: That'll be eight seventy-five, please.
B: Here's ten. Could you give me the rest in quarters, please. I need them for the laundromat.
A: Oh, I'm really sorry, I'd like to give you quarters, but I don't have any extra. I need to keep what I have for change. I'm sorry.
B: That's okay.
A: One twenty-five is  your change, thank you very much.

A: May I help you?
B: Yeah, gimme a hamburger, small  fries, and an iced tea.
A: Everything on your hamburger?
B: Yep.
A: Anything else?
B: No. that'll do it.
A: So, that's one hamburger, a small order of fries and an iced tea.
B: That's right.
A: Would you like your tea now?
B: Please.
(After a few minutes)
A: Here's your order. Enjoy your lunch.
B: (call out) Excuse me, Miss, there are onions on my hamburger.
A: I'm sorry, I thought you ordered "everything" on your hamburger.
B: Sure, but not onions.
A: I could take it back to the kitchen and ask them to take the onions off.
B: Well, the hamburger would still smell like onions, wouldn't it?
A: Let me check with the manager to see what we can do.
B: I would really appreciate that.
A:(Counter clerk to manager) Excuse me, Bill, a customer ordered a hamburger with everything, but now he is complaining about the onions.
M: See if he wants another one.
A: Okay.
A:(Counter clerk to customer) Would you like another hamburger? It will probably take a few minutes. Or would you like to change your order? I can get a cold sandwitch right away.
B: That's all right. I'll wait for the hamburger.
A: Okay, I'll bring it to you when it's ready.

B: Fill'er up and check the oil, would you please.

B: I ordered my hamburger without tomatoes. But now there are tomatoes on it.
A: I'm sorry. The kitchen must have made a mistake. Let me take it back.

B: Are there any nice restaurants around here?
A: What kind of food do you like?
B: Ethnic food would be nice.
A: Ethnic food?
B: You know, Janpanese, Mexican; foods from other countries.
A: I don't think we have any around here. I'm sorry.
B: I'm sorry. How about a Tai restaurant? Do you have one of those?
A: I think so.
Let me check with the manager to make sure. I'll be right back. ( a few minutes later) There is a Tai restaurant in the shopping center on Main Street. It's called Charlie's Hideway and it is supposed to be very good.
B: How do I get to Main Street?
A: Oh, do you see the street out there? That's Pioneer. You take that to the first right. That's Main Street. You make a right on Main Street and the shopping center is half a block down on your right. You can't miss it.
B: Thanks a lot. You've been very helpful.
A: You're welcome. Enjoy your dinner.

A: I'm sorry. I made a mistake. I told you our hotel rooms are $65 a night. But that's only on the weekend. The weekday rate is $85. I'm really sorry.
B: Are you sure we can't get the rooms for $65? That's the price you told us.
A: Yes. I  know. But I was wrong. I will need you charge you $85 because it's Wednesday.
B: Well, in that case, I don't think we want the rooms.
A:
Why don't you wait here a second and I'll have the manager talk to you.

A: I'm here to pick up my shirts.
B: I'm sorry. They're not ready yet. They should be ready by tomorrow afternoon.
A: But you told me I could pick them up Thursday. That's today.
B: I know. I'm really sorry. But one of our machine broke down so we got behind.
A: Well, okay. But it'll mean an extra trip again.
B: I am sorry. They will be ready by tomorrow afternoon. I promise.
